Custom Mob Drops
An integral part of Teldaria's gameplay is its mobs and the things they leave behind. Every custom mob carries its own short list of body parts and trophies — Brains, Blood Vials, Big Bones, Fangs, Souls and the rest — and those materials are the backbone of the Cooking, Hunter and Alchemist recipe books. If a recipe is asking for something strange, this page tells you what to go hunt for it.
How Drops Work
Custom materials roll separately from a mob's normal loot, so a single kill can give you vanilla drops, experience and a custom material at the same time.
- Each material rolls on its own. A mob with three materials on its list rolls once for each, so you can walk away with all three, one, or nothing.
- Almost everything is 5%. Roughly one kill in twenty gives you the material. The handful of exceptions are listed below.
- Tier does not matter. For mobs that come in tiers, the drop list is shared across all of them. A Regular Zombie, a Fatal Zombie and a Mythic Zombie all roll the same Exotic Meat and Brain — only the fight difficulty changes, not the loot table.
- Only custom mobs count. Ordinary vanilla mobs that were not spawned as Teldaria mobs drop nothing from these tables.
- Variants are separate mobs. The Corrupt and Pandemic versions of a mob have their own entries and do not always match the original — a Husk drops Scorched Bones, but a Corrupt Husk drops Big Bone.
Drop Rate Exceptions
| Drop | Mob | Chance |
|---|---|---|
| Cheese | Cow, Goat | 100% — every kill |
| Tusk | Minotaur | 10% — double the usual rate |
| Tar Vial | Warlock, Corrupt Knight | 5% |
| Tar Vial | Warped Demon, Ender Witch | 3% |
| Tar Vial | Grim Reaper | 2% — the rarest material in the game |
Everything else on this page is a flat 5% per kill.
Increasing Your Drops
| Source | Effect on custom materials |
|---|---|
| Base rate | 5% per material, per kill |
| Looting III | Doubles the amount a successful drop gives — Looting I and II give no extra material |
| Double Mob Drops perk | Doubles the amount a successful drop gives |
| Drops booster | Multiplies the amount a successful drop gives |
| Luck | Increases the amount a successful drop gives |
The important thing to understand is that none of these change how often a drop happens — the 5% roll is fixed. What they change is how much lands on the ground when the roll succeeds. Luck only affects these custom materials, not tiered gear or Magic Dust. Stacking Looting III, the Double Mob Drops perk, Luck and an active Drops booster is what turns a farming session into a pile of materials.
Drops boosters are sold in the Mission Shops and last one hour, from 1.25x (Novice) up to 3x (Ultimate); right-click one to activate it. See Boosters for every tier and where to buy it. /booster status shows every booster currently affecting you along with your effective multiplier.
Mob Lures
Mob lures are the fastest way to farm materials in bulk. A placed lure spawns a wave of mobs every 4 seconds inside a 16-block radius for 15 minutes, pausing whenever 20 or more entities are already crowded around it. Each wave spawns 10 mobs.
Lures are bought from the Mission Shops. They can only be placed in the Nether, the End and the Corrupt Forest.

Anything not on this list drops no custom material. That includes the Forged constructs and most named bosses — if a boss hands you a trophy, such as the Nightmare Horn, it comes from its own loot table rather than from these tables. Each boss page lists its trophies in its Loot section; start from Bosses.
Other Drops from Custom Mobs
Materials are not the only thing custom mobs hand out. Custom mob kills also roll for the socketing consumables described on the Dusts page:
| Drop | Chance per kill | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Magic Dust I–VI | About 1% | The tier you receive is random |
| Upgrade Stone (uncharged) | About 0.1% | Rolled only if the Magic Dust roll failed |
| Abyss Dust | About 0.05% (1 in 2,000) | Rolled first; when it hits, nothing else special drops from that kill |
These rolls only happen in the main worlds — the Wild, the Nether, the End, Forged, the Mayan dimension, the Corrupt Forest and the Queen Slime arena. Kills elsewhere still give materials, but no dust.
Upgrade Stones only drop at the lower tiers, Forgotten through Legendary. The higher stones come from the Mission Shops and crafting.
Charging Upgrade Stones
Upgrade Stones arrive uncharged. To charge one, hold it in your off-hand and kill mobs of the matching tier or higher. A charged stone raises the stats of the gear you use it on, and the upgrade cannot fail.
| Upgrade Stone | Mobs that count | Kills needed |
|---|---|---|
| Forgotten | Forgotten or higher | 25 |
| Ghostly | Ghostly or higher | 30 |
| Tormented | Tormented or higher | 50 |
| Hellish | Hellish or higher | 75 |
| Fatal | Fatal or higher | 100 |
| Legendary | Legendary or higher | 100 |
| Heavenly | Heavenly or higher | 125 |
| Transcendent | Legendary or higher | 1,000 |
| Mythic | Heavenly or higher | 3,000 |
The Transcendent and Mythic stones are the long haul — 1,000 and 3,000 kills respectively — so park the stone in your off-hand early and let a normal grinding session do the work.
Common Gems, Rare Gems and Runes do not drop from mobs. You craft them from Miner recipes as your Miner job levels up; see Mining Recipes for every recipe.

Bestiary
Every custom monster has its own bestiary entry, added the first time you kill it. Completing an entry unlocks that monster's lore page; there is no other reward. Open the bestiary with /bestiary — it is organized by the location where each monster is found, so it doubles as a checklist of what you have and haven't faced across the dimensions.
